The brunch onboard S/S Stockholm is based on fresh seasonal produce, current culinary trends and the imagination of the ship’s chef. Seasonal and locally sourced produce, healthy green dishes and sustainability are the main focus points when creating the menu.

Well-composed brunch buffet with care
On the S/S Stockholm we see brunch as a living project that changes according to season, trends, tastes and our chefs’ imagination. We have a green and healthy focus, and take a sustainable approach to fish and meat. The menu features everything from classics, such as herring, Jansson’s Temptation and meatballs, to crisp salads, deli meats, cheeses and vegan dishes. Last but definitely not least, all the sweet treats in our dessert buffet. There are also many other delicacies and brunch favourites that vary during the year. All the food is prepared on board with a hand-picked selection of premium ingredients.

We only serve organic and ethically labeled coffee/tea and never fish that has a red light in WWF’s fish guide. Our goal is for the purchase share of sustainable food to gradually increase.
